Collections Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Collections Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Collections Regulation 2008. 3 Insertion of new s 42A Part 9— insert — 42A Property vested in the public trustee—Act, s 35 (1) The property held by the unincorporated association called the ‘Foundation of Public Safety Professionals’ is vested in the public trustee under section 35(1)(d) of the Act. Note — The Minister gave a direction under the Act, section 34(1) about the property held by the Foundation of Public Safety Professionals on 18 August 2009. (2) Immediately after the property has vested in the public trustee under subsection (1), the property is vested in the Australian Red Cross Society for the charitable purposes of that society.
