s1 2 s4 Collections Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 36, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Collections Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Collections Regulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new s 45A After section 45— insert— ‘45A Vesting of disaster relief funds in public trustee (Act, s 35B) ‘Each fund mentioned in schedule 6 is vested in the public trustee.’. 4 Insertion of new sch 6 After schedule 5 (Property vested in public trustee)— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 6 ‘DISASTER RELIEF FUNDS VESTED IN PUBLIC TRUSTEE section 45A 1. The amount of $295 930.48 raised by, or resulting from, the North Queensland Floods Relief Appeal.’.
