s1 2 s4 Collections Amendment (No. 1) No. 347, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Collections Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Collections Regulation 1998 . ˙ Insertion of new s 45 3. After section 44— insert— ˙ ‘ Vesting of property in public trustee (Act, s 35) ‘ 45. The property described in schedule 5 is vested in the public trustee.’. ˙ Insertion of new sch 5 4. After schedule 4— insert— ‘ SCHEDULE 5 ‘ PROPERTY VESTED IN PUBLIC TRUSTEE section 45 1. The property raised by, or resulting from, the appeal for support made for the purposes of the Mikayla Appeal. 1 ’. 1 The Mikayla Appeal is identified in a certificate of sanction given under section 12 (Sanctions under this Act) of the Act on 12 October 2000.
