An Act to amend "Cohen's Estate Act of

1873." [13th. January, 1874.]

as " portions A and B of allotment ten of section fifty-three " And WHEREAS in the Schedule to the above-mentioned Act the land authorized by the said Act to be sold is erroneously described

whereas the said land ought to have been described as " portions A and B of allotment ten of section twenty-three " and it is desirable to obtain the authority of Parliament for correction of the said error Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis­ lative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

1. The said Act shall be read and construed as if the land comprised in the said schedule was described therein as portions A and B of allotment ten of section twenty-three.
