1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 14).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Korora:

(a)	part of Lot 226, DP 752834, 41–53 Bruxner Park Road,
(b)	Lot 336, DP 752834, 63–63A Bruxner Park Road,
(c)	part of Lot 349, DP 752834, 84 Bruxner Park Road,
(d)	part of Lot 36, DP 1127066, 100 Bruxner Park Road,
(e)	part of Lot 367, DP 44801, Bruxner Park Road,
(f)	part of Lot 10, DP 1158363, 599–599A Pacific Highway.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
