This Plan is Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000

(Amendment No 49).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 61, DP 852851, Backhouse Street, Woolgoolga, as shown distinctively coloured and lettered “2A” and “7A” on the map marked “Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000 Amendment No 49” deposited in the office of Coffs Harbour City Council.
