1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000

(Amendment No 34).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land shown edged heavy black and lettered “5A”, “2E” or “7A” on the map marked “Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 34)” deposited in the office of Coffs Harbour City Council.
