Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000

(Amendment No 31).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan

2000:

(a)

to rezone the land to which this plan applies to the Business 3B City Support Zone (Zone 3B), and

(b)

to allow, with the development consent of Coffs Harbour City Council, the carrying out of development for the purpose of shops on part of the land to which this plan applies (being Lot 10, DP 1076396, 2 Halls Road, North Boambee Valley).

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 10, DP 1076396, 2 Halls Road, North Boambee Valley and Lot 300, DP 867096, 180 Pacific Highway, North Boambee Valley, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3B” on the map marked “Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 31)” deposited in the office of Coffs Harbour City Council.

4 Amendment of Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000

Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
