1 Name of plan

This plan is Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000

(Amendment No 12).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to reclassify the public land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to so much of Lot 1, DP 861864 that is south of

Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour.

4 Amendment of Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000

Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting in Schedule 4 in alphabetical order of locality the following matter:

Coffs Harbour

Stadium Drive	So much of Lot 1,	Nil.
DP 861864 that is south of Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour—Coffs Harbour City Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 12)
