CODE OF CONDUCT (FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY TO SMALL USE CUSTOMERS)

An error occurred in the Electricity Industry Act 2004 Code of Conduct (for the supply of Electricity to Small Use Customers) published in Government Gazette 253 dated 31 December 2004 in which the following page was omitted—

"APPROVAL BY MINISTER

I, Eric Ripper, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia, under Schedule 3, section 1

of the Electricity Industry Act 2004 hereby establish the code contained in this document in respect of the matter mentioned in Schedule 3, section 1(1) of the Act, which may be cited as the "Code of Conduct for the Supply of Electricity to Small Use Customers".
