Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Courts) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Cocos (Keeling) Islands Act 1955.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Courts) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 4 (Courts and tribunals of Western Australia)

2.1   Add at the end:

• “; (m)

  a compensation magistrate’s court established under Part VI of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 of Western Australia.”.
