of the Municipality of Cobar, in respect of

the same, as follows :—
1 . This Act may be cited as the " Cobar Water Supply (Reduction of Debt) Act, 1919 ."
2 . The sum of seven hundred and fifty-one pounds three shillings and fourpence, being the cost of addi­ tional works of water supply for the town of Cobar, and which was added to the capital debt of the council
of the municipality of Cobar, in respect of works of
water supply, by notification in the Gazette of the sixteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, is hereby written off, together with all interest accrued thereon, and the capital debt of the said
council in respect of such works is reduced by the
