1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Cobar Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone R2 Low Density Residential under Cobar Local

Environmental Plan 2012 and, in particular, Lot 102, DP 615721, 2 Nullamut Street,

Cobar.

4 Amendment of Cobar Local Environmental Plan 2012

Land Use Table

Omit “Health consulting rooms;” from item 3 of the matter relating to Zone R2 Low

Density Residential.

Insert instead “Health services facilities;”.
