Coastal Protection and Management Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Coastal Protection and Management Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Coastal Protection and Management Regulation 2003 . 3 Amendment of s 4A (Declaration of coastal management district—Act, s 54) (1) Section 4A(1)— omit, insert — (1) The area shown as a coastal management district on the map called ‘Coastal Management District For Queensland’, dated 25 November 2014, is declared to be a coastal management district. (2) Section 4A(2), ‘subsection (1)(a)’— omit, insert — subsection(1) 4 Amendment of s 4B (Fixing coastal building lines—Act, s 66) Section 4B(1), ‘section 4A(1)(a)’— omit , insert — section 4A(1) 5 Omission of sch 1 (Local Governments) Schedule 1— omit .
