Coarse Grains Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the relevant recommendation made to the Minister by the Grains Council of Australia, make the following Regulations under the Coarse Grains Levy Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Coarse Grains Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 6 (Rates of levy—grain sorghum)

3.1   Omit “0.2%”, substitute “0.7%”.
