s1 2 s3 Coal Mining (Moranbah North) Exemption No. 91, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Coal Mining (Moranbah North) Exemption Order 1996 . ˙ Exemption 2.(1) In this section— “mine” means the part of the mine on mining lease no. 70108 that is aboveground. (2) The part of the mine that is on the north-westerly side of Service Area Creek is exempted from the Act until 30 June 1998. 1 (3) The rest of the mine, other than the excluded areas shown on drawing MNEXCL03, 2 is exempted from the Act until 30 June 1997. (4) Subsection (3) and this subsection expire on 30 June 1997. ˙ Expiry 3. This order expires on 30 June 1998. ENDNOTES 1. Made by the Governor in Council on 9 May 1996. 2.
