This regulation is the Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Legislation Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).

2Commencement

This regulation is taken to have commenced on 29 June 2013.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Legislation Amendment Act 2011.
