An Act to amend section forty-seven of t he Coal Mines Regulat ion Act, 1902. [4th November, 1904.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative authority of the same, as follows :—•

1. This Act may be cited as the " Coal Mines Regulation

(Inspection) Act, 190f," and shall be construed with the Coal Mines
Regulation Act, 1902.

2. General Ride 39 of section forty-seven of the Coal Mines Regulation Act, 1902, is hereby amended by omitting the word " working " before the Avord "miners " when occurring in that rule.
