1 , This Act may be cited as the "Coal Mines

Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1917."

2 . Section fifty-four of the Coal Mines Regulation Act, 1912, is amended by inserting at the commence­ ment of rule forty, and before the words " No person" the words "Except by consent of the .Minister".
