AN ACT to amend the Coal Mines Regula-

tion Act, 1902.

This Act may be cited as the Coal Mines Regulation Act,

Short title.

1915, and shall be read as one with the Coal Mines Regulation

Act, 1902, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Section twenty-one of the principal Act is amended as

" The obligation to contribute to and the right to receive the " benefits of the said fund shall extend to check-weighers " appointed under section thirteen and to persons " appointed to inspect mines under Rule fifty in the " Schedule to this Act, and the provisions of this sub- " section shall apply to check-weighers and such persons " accordingly."
