2 Coal Industry (Control) No. 277, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Coal Industry (Control) Order 1992 . ˙ Contributions by mine owners 2. For the purposes of section 50(1) of the Act, the sum of $460 000, fixed by the Board as the sum payable by the owners of coal mines for the financial year ending 30 June 1993, is approved.
