COAL AND SHALE MINE WORKERS

(SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1941—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

WHEREAS section 10F (1) of the Coal and Oil Shale Mine Workers
(Superannuation) Act 1941, provides that where there is a variation in the amount of the Reference Rate, the Minister, on the recommendation of the Superannuation Tribunal, shall, by Order published in the Gazette as
soon as practicable after the variation a m e n d Schedule 1 of that Act in the
manner provided by that section: AND WHEREAS there has b e e n a
variation in the Reference Rate: NOW, therefore, I, JOHN FAHEY, Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for Further Education, Training and Employment, pursuant to the provisions of section 10F (1) and on the recommendation of the Superannuation Tribunal, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 of the said Act as follows:

(a) by omitting the amount “172.55” in Column 4 of Item (1) and by

inserting instead the amount “176.75”;

(b)	by omitting the amount “271.15” in Column 4 of Item (2) and by inserting instead the amount “277.75”;
(c)	by omitting the amount “157.50” in Column 4 of Item (3) and by inserting instead the amount “161.70”;
(d)	by omitting the amount “24.65” in column 4 of Item (4) and by inserting instead the amount “25.25”;
(e)	by omitting the amount “24.65” in Column 5 of Item (4) and by inserting instead the amount “25.25”;

The amendments made to Schedule 1 by this Order take effect on and from 14 July 1991.
