COAL AND OIL SHALE MINE WORKERS

(SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1941
ORDER UNDER SECTION 10F (1)

NEW SOUTH WALES

WHEREAS section 10F (1) of the Coal and Oil Shale Mine Workers (Superannuation) Act 1941, provides that where there is a variation in the amount of the Reference Rate, the Minister, on the recommendation of the Superannuation Tribunal, shall, by order published in the Gazette as soon as practicable after the variation amend Schedule 1 of that Act in the manner provided by that section: AND WHEREAS there has been a variation in the Reference Rate: NOW, therefore, I, JOHN FAHEY, Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment, pursuant to the provisions of section 10F (1) and on the recommendation of the Superannuation Tribunal, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 of the said Act as follows:

(a)	by omitting the amount "166-95" in Column 4 of Item (1) and by inserting instead the amount "1 67-30";
(b)	by omitting the amount "262-35" in Column 4 of Item (2) and by inserting instead the amount "262-90";
(c)	by omitting the amount “151-190” in Column 4 of Item (3) and by inserting instead the amount "1 52-25";
(d)	by omitting the amount "23-85" in Column 4 of Item (4) and by inserting instead the amount "23-90";
(e)	by omitting the amount "23-85" in Column 5 of Item (4) and by inserting instead the amount "23-90".

The amendments made to Schedule 1 by this Order take effect on

and from 6 May 1990.
