12 AUCTIONEERS AND COMMISSION AGENTS-BANKING. Co-ordination of Rural Advances, Etc., Act. 9 GEO. VI. No. 18, license (being a general license) shall be granted to such resident only if he holds a license to follow the occupation of an auctioneer in all parts of that State. (b) An auctioneer's license (being a district license) shall not in any case be granted to any person resident in any State of the Commonwealth of Australia other than Queensland. (4.) No. 18, 'CO·ORDINATION OFR~ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ± ~ ito~~ ~ ~ Oo-ordination oj Rural Advances and Agricultural Bank 1: 3~ ~ O t8i::" Acts and Other Acts Amendment Act of 1945" shall be read and construed as if the term therefor shall comprise a full period of three years during which no payments whether of interest or principal shall be demanded by the Bank from or payable by the mortgagor concerned; and the Bank is hereby empowered and authorised to make such necessary adjustments to give effect to this provision accordingly. (ii.) For the purposes of this subsection the term " eligible person" shall mean- (a) A discharged member of the Forces who has been honourably discharged after not less than six months' war service, or having, in the opinion of the Minister, been materially prejudiced by reason of his war service, has been honourably discharged after less than six months' war service; (b) A person included in any class of persons which the Governor in Council may, by Order in Council, from time to time approve. For the purposes of this definition- (a) The expression "member of the Forces" shall have the same meaning as in section four of the * Re-establishment and EmploymentAct1945 of the Commonwealth; (b) The expression" war service" shall have the same meaning as in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), and (e) of section four of the * Re-establishmentandEmploymentAct1945 of the Common- wealth; and (c) The term "the War" means the War which commenced on the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and includes any other war in which His Majesty became engaged after that date and before the passing of t" The Oo-ordination of Rural Advances and Agricultural Bank Acts and Other Acts Amendment Act of 1945." The provisions of any Order in Council made under any such amended Act; and (ii.)
