Co-operatives Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations tue the Co-operatives Amendment Regu/ations

(No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Co-ojperative.s Regulations 2010.

4.             Schedule 6 amended

Delete Schedule 6 item 12 and insert:

12.            Names that are subject to restrictions under Western Australian Acts including, but not limited to, the following

(a)	Architects Act 2004;
(b)	Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia;
(c)	Legal Profession Act 2008;
(d)	Licensed Surveyors Act 1909;
(e)	Pharmacy Act 2010:
(f)	Police Act 18.92:
(g)	Veterinary Surgeons Act 1960.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.
