Co-operatives Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Co-operatives Amendment
Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Co-operatives Regulations 2010.

4.             Schedule 10 clause 1 amended

(1) In Schedule 10 clause 1(3):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$68.00 —” and insert:

$71.30 —

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$275.00 —” and insert:

$288.00 —

(2) In Schedule 10 clause 1 in the Table of Fees amend the provisions as set out in the Table to this subregulation.
