Co-operatives Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Co-operatives Amendment
Regulations 2012.

Note:  Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations
come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Co-operatives Regulations 2010.

3.             Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 item 1(a) delete “Business Names Act 1962

section 7; or” and insert:

Business Names Registration Act 2011 (Commonwealth); or
