CO-OPERATIVES AMENDMENT ACT 1997 NO 39—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Co-operatives Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 January 1998 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	so much of Schedule 1 [12] as inserts section 8 in the Co-operatives
Act 1992,
(b)	Schedule 1 [17], [109], [110] and [111].
