His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Co-operatives Act 1992.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase fees payable in connection with the
administration of the Co-operatives Act 1992.
This Regulation is made under the Co-operatives Act 1992, including section
446 (2) (c).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Co-operatives Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2000.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 31 March 2000.
3 Amendment of Co-operatives Regulation 1997
The Co-operatives Regulation 1997 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
4 Notes
The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
