(Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Co-operative Societies Ordinance 1939.

Prescribed trading societies

1. Regulation 2AA of the Co-operative Societies Regulations is amended by omitting "A.C.T. Credit Union League Co-operative Limited" and substituting "A.C.T. Credit Union Association Co-operative Limited".

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Co-operative Societies Regulations is amended by

inserting after item 4 in Part B of Form C the following item:

"(4A) Whether different classes of shares may be issued, and, if so—

(a) those classes of shares;

(b)	whether different rates of dividend or interest may be payable in respect of those classes of shares; and
(c)	whether different conditions relate to the issue of those classes of shares.".
