I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for
Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Co-operative

Societies Ordinance 1939.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 21 August 1985.

Repeal of regulation 12

2. Regulation 12 of the Co-operative Societies Regulations is repealed.
