I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulation under the Co-operative Societies Ordinance 1939.

After regulation 2 of the Co-operative Societies Regulations the following

regulations are inserted:
Prescribed trading societies

"2AA. For the purposes of sections 14, 37 and 58 of the Ordinance, each of

the following is a prescribed trading society:

(a)	A.C.T. Credit Union League Co-operative Limited;
(b)	A.C.T. Credit Union Services Co-operative Limited;

(c) Co-operative Computer Services Limited.

Application of Regulations

"2AB. Regulations 21 to 26 (inclusive) do not apply in relation to a trading

society other than a trading society referred to in regulation 2 A A.".
