Actions) Act 2001 No 45—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 27 July 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.

Section 2 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (New South Wales) Amendment Act 2001
provides that that Act commences immediately before section 4 (1) of the Co-operative Schemes

(Administrative Actions) Act 2001 commences.
