Co-operative Housing Societies Amendment Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Co-operative Housing Societies Act 1963 .16 October 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Co-operative Housing Societies Amendment Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Co-operative Housing Societies Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 24 amended (Expiry of regulations) Regulation 24 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 December 2000" and substituting "31 December 2004".
