AN ACT to amend the Co-operative and Provident

Societies Act, 1903-1969.

[Assented to 19th November, 1973.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Co-operative ncoirt title

and Provident Societies Act Amendment Act, 1973. citation.

(2) In this Act the Co-operative and Provident aRse p

Societies Act, 1903-1969, is referred to as the rebeep -

principal Act. 1969.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Co-operative and Provident Societies Act, 1903-1973.

Section 3	2.	Subsection (1) of section 3 of the principal Act
amended.

is amended by substituting for the word "five", in

line eight, the word "ten".

Section 19

amended. 3. Section 19 of the principal Act is amended by

substituting for the word "five", in line nine, the

word "ten".

Section 4s 4.

Subsection (1) of section 43 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the word "five", in line seven and again in line nine, the word "ten", in both cases.
