AN ACT to amend the Co-operative and Provident

Societies Act, 1903.

[Assented to 19th December, 1947.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follow :—

Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Co-operative and Provident Societies Act Amendment Act, 1947, and shall

be read as one with the Co-operative and Provident Societies Act, 1903 (No. 2 of 1903), as amended by Act No. 16 of 1926, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Co-operative and Provident Societies Act,	principal Act.
