AN ACT to amend the Co-operative and Provident

Societies Act, 1903.

[Assented to 25th October, 1926.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Co-operative and Pro- vident Societies Act Amendment Act, 1926, and shall be read as one with the Co-operative and Provident Societies Act, 1903, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Short title. 1.

Amendment of	2.	Section twelve of the principal Act is hereby amended,
sec. 12.

as follows :--

(1) In subsection (1) thereof the word "September" is

substituted for the word "March"; and

(2) In paragraph (c) of subsection (2) thereof the words "thirtieth day of June" are substituted for the words "thirty-first day of December," in lines two and six.
