2 Co-operative and Other Societies Amendment (No. 1) No. 45, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Co-operative and Other Societies Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Co-operative and Other Societies Regulation 1968 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new Pt 13 3. After section 41— insert— ‘PART 13—SHARES ˙ ‘Nominal share value ‘42.(1) An individual who is a member of a society mentioned in Part 1 of the Schedule may hold shares in the society of an unlimited nominal value. ‘(2) An individual who is a member of a society mentioned in Part 2 of the Schedule may hold shares in the society to the maximum nominal value specified for the society. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 4. After section 56— insert—
