Application for termination of the CM Group Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2017-2019.
Further to the reasons given at the conclusion of proceedings today, the extension of time for application lodgment is allowed and termination of the CM Group Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2017-2019 is approved.
The termination operates from 14 March 2018.
