Club Keno (Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the

Club Keno Regulations 19941—

(a)

to enable a participant to accredit a casino operator as the participant's representative; and

(b) to amend a reference to a position title.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 15 of
the Club Keno Act 1993 and section 11 of the

Tattersall Consultations Act 1958.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Club Keno Regulations

1994 are called the Principal Regulations.

4. Amendment of regulation 4(2)

Club Keno (Amendment) Regulations 1999
S.R. No. 15/1999

In regulation 4(2) of the Principal Regulations after "Gaming Machine Control Act 1991" insert "or a casino licence under the Casino Control Act 1991".

5. Change of position title

In regulation 17 of the Principal Regulations for
paragraph (b) substitute—

"(b) Assistant Director, Gambling Operations,

Audit and Finance, Victorian Casino and

Gaming Authority.".
