2 . There shall be issued and paid t he said sum for t h e purposes here inbefore men t ioned in such m a n n e r and in such propor t ions as t h e Governor by any w a r r a n t or order in wr i t i ng u n d e r his h a n d and directed,

to the Colonial Treasurer or o ther lawful a u t h o r i t y m a y

from time to time order and direct, and the payments so to lie made shall he charged upon and payable out of the said fund.

3 . The said Colonial Treasurer or other lawful

to time, he allowed credit for any sum or sums of money ! Authority shall in their respective accounts from time

paid by him or them in pursuance of such warrant or \ order in writing as aforesaid, and the receipts of the ! respective persons to whom the same are so paid shall

he a full and valid discharge to the said Colonial Treasurer or other lawful Authority in passing the said accounts for any such sums as may he therein men- tioned, and he or they shall receive credit for the same accordingly.

4 . This Act may he cited as the " Closer Settlement ; Appropriation Act, 1932," and shall be deemed to have commenced as on the iirst day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
