An Act to provide for the payment of all Fees received by Clerks of Petty Sessions into the Consolidated Revenue Fund. [20th April 1887.]

WH E R E A S over b y t h e m to t he Colonial Treasurer for t h e publ ic purposes of t h e
it is expedien t t h a t al l Fees h i t h e r t o received by Clerks

of P e t t y Sessions for the i r own use shall henceforward he paid

Colony Be it therefore enacted by t h e Queen ' s Most Exce l l en t Majes ty by and wi th t he advice and consent of the Legislat ive Counci l a n d Legislat ive Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by t h e au tho r i t y of t he same as follows :—

1. N o t w i t h s t a n d i n g a n y t h i n g to t h e con t r a ry i n a n y A c t
receive any fees p u r s u a n t to a n y Ac t of P a r l i a m e n t or to a n y regula­

t ion m a d e the reunde r or o ther au thor i ty whatsoever shall in m a n n e r to be prescribed by the Governor in Counci l pay over such fees to t he Colonial Treasurer to be by h i m placed to t h e credit of t h e Con­ solidated Revenue F u n d A n d every such Clerk or officer shal l in respect of such fees be deemed for all purposes of the A u d i t A c t a

publ ic accoun tan t .
2. This A c t m a y be ci ted for all purposes as t h e " Clerks of
P e t t y Sessions Fees A c t of 1 8 8 7 " and shal l commence and t ake effect
on a n d after t h e first clay of J a n u a r y one thousand e igh t h u n d r e d and
e ighty-e ight .
