Clearlight Investments Pty Ltd v Sandvik Mining and Construction Oy

In this matter before the Trade Marks Hearings, Debrett Lyons, a Hearing Officer, determined an opposition filed by Clearlight Investments Pty Ltd (the Opponent) against an application by Sandvik Mining and Construction Oy (the Holder) to extend the protection of an International Registration Designating Australia (IRDA) to Australia.
