I, the Governor, acting under section 186 (2) (b) of the Health Act 1911, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby declare that the class of trade usually carried on in estab- lishments, commonly known as dye works, in which provision is made for the discharge of all liquid waste therefrom into a public sewer, is a class of trade within the offensive trade "Cleaning establish- ments, dye works;" to which the provisions of Division 2 of Part VII of the Act, other than section 194, do not apply.
