CLEAN WATERS ACT 1970—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, 2nd in pursuance of the definition of statutory authority in section 5 of the Clean Waters Act 1970, do, by this my Proclamation, declare the Marine Ministerial Holding Corporation to be a statutory authority for the purposes of that Act.
