1Name

This instrument is the Clean Energy Regulator Amendment (Disclosure of Protected Information) Regulations 2021.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Subsection 5(4)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

Professional disciplinary bodies

1. (4)

   For the purposes of paragraph 49(1)(y) of the Act, the following are prescribed:

   1. (a)

      the Clean Energy Council Limited (ACN 127 102 443);

   2. (b)

      a scheme operator (within the meaning of Subdivision 2.3.4 of Division 2.3 of Part 2 of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001) that is a body corporate.
