CLEAN AIR ACT 1961—REGULATION

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Clean Air Act 1961, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1991.
Amendment
2. The Clean Air Regulations 1964 are amended by omittng from each provision specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Regulation the matter specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and by inserting instead the matter specified in Column 3 of that Schedule.
