This Determination is the Classifications (Markings for Publications) Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 February 2008.

Schedule 1 amends the Classifications (Markings for Publications) Determination 2007.

(2)   For a publication classified on or after 1 September 1999 and before 1 January 2008, the applicable marking, and the applicable manner in which the marking is to be displayed, is as determined by any of the following for the type of classification applying to the publication:

(a)    this Determination as in force on 1 July 2007; or

(b)    this Determination as in force on 1 February 2008; or

(c) the Determination of Markings for Publications, made under section 8 of the Act on 18 August 1999.

(3)   For a publication classified on or after 1 January 2008 and before 1 February 2008, the applicable marking, and the applicable manner in which the marking is to be displayed, is as determined by either of the following for the type of classification applying to the publication:

(a)    this Determination as in force on 1 July 2007; or

(b)    this Determination as in force on 1 February 2008.
