Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Regulations 2011

under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995

1Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Regulations 2011.

3Interpretation

In these regulations—

Act means the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995.

4Applications in relation to exemptions

1. (1)

   An application made under section 76, 77, 79 or 79A of the Act must comply with the requirements of the National Director.

5Application for revocation of decision of National Director

An application made to the Minister under section 79C for revocation of a decision of the National Director must be accompanied by—

1. (b)

   a copy of the decision of the National Director; and

2. (c)

   any additional information of a kind that the Minister considers necessary to determine the application.
