In Schedule 3 Form 3 delete "If you do not pay or respond to the you will incur further costs." and insert:

If you do not pay the modified penalty by the due date, you may be prosecuted or enforcement action may be taken under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994. Under that Act, some oral l of the following action may he taken —your driver's licence may be suspended; your vehicle licence may he suspended or cancelled; your details may be pubI ishcd on a website; your vehicle may be immobilised or have its number plates removed; and your property inay he seized and sold.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Classification (Publica(ions, Films and
Com puler Games) Enfbrceinent Ain nd reni Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day onwhich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day onwhich the

3.             Regulations amended

These reulaticros amend the Classification (Publications, Films

and Computer Games) Enforcement Regulations 1996.

4.             Schedule 2 Forni I amended

In Schedule 2 Form I delete "and actHi may he taken to suspend ynut

Motor Driver's Licence until n 0U have paid in full the modified penalty and any
additional charges OR you have elected to have this matter dealt with before a
Court." and insert:

In accordance with Section 45 (1) (b) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia

Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 22 ,July 2013 resolved that., the RWWA Rules of Harness Racing 2004 be amended as
follows

Amendment to Local Rules

Amend Local Rule 15A to read-

LR 15A. Powers of investigator

Any investigator or investigators appointed by the Controlling Authority shall have powers mutatis mut.andis as are given to the stewards under Rules 15(k), [p, (x) and (ae), 187 and LR15.
